The Role:
This is a core position in IT Planning, Controls & Compliance and critical to the delivery of our budget management and integrated planning processes.

Accountabilities and End Results:

•Internal support for IT function in relation to budget processes and project portfolio management.
•Responsible for the analysis, validation and reporting of actuals to local and global Finance teams.
•Responsible for management of the Integrated Planning process for IT project portfolio management.

Primary Functions:

•Support the compilation of the IT budget and budget forecasts.
•Support IT cost centre management processes.
•Support for creation / validation of IT cost allocation models.
•Validation of local budget reporting (provided by Finance).
•Finance variance analysis.
•Monthly reporting of G&A to Corporate Finance.
•Analysis and validation of Customer Sheets.
•Manage Integrated Planning processes.
•Monitor, analyse and validate IT Project actuals and liaise with Project Managers.
•Capture new IT projects in SAP through AFE creation and management process.
•Single point of contact for IT Project Review Board and Project Services.
•Monthly project reporting.
•Collation and preparation of finance and project portfolio reports for UK IT Manager.
•Creation and maintenance of PCC finance and Integrated Planning processes and procedures.

Guidance:

•The position receives guidance from the IT Planning, Controls & Compliance Supervisor.

Challenges:

Balancing workload and prioritising tasks in a demanding role that works to strict deadlines. Ensuring buy-in from project managers to the evolving project portfolio management processes. Working with cost centre managers to ensure the application of consistent and correct cost centre management processes.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
•IT degree, B.Sc. or M.Sc. or comparable education. Non-IT education may be compensated with documented relevant experience.
