The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
The role is based within Global Customer Service; the candidate will be responsible for I.T and project management threads which are based around current and future service tool.
The role encompasses a leading position which the candidate should be of a technical level within I.T and should be comfortable in taking ownership of projects and drive for resolution.

Key Responsibilities: Liaise with departments when nessesary on various projects, should control requirements and development.
Prepare proposal documentation in response to specified business needs
Provide strong communication to stakeholders
Establish and maintain productive relations with supplier groups
Lead work progress and development of procedures, standards and requirements for service
Provide a level of strategic support and advise in complex cases using diagnostic and I.T specialised skills to interpret data

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Work experience in automotive integration testing at System/Architecture Level ¿ knowledge of automotive CAN protocols
Able to specify data analysis tools and techniques analyse data, and to derive from that analysis pertinent conclusions.
Able to think methodically, identify problems and develop practical, realistic solutions.
Broad understanding of IT technologies
Good operations management skills
Systematic problem solving ability
A recognised qualification in project management
Experience with project management is essential
You must be well-organised and able to manage tasks effectively
Good computer skills are essential for this role

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent stakeholder management.
The ability to exert a strong influence, collegiate in approach and able to collaborate with technology, third party and business colleagues.
Able to command respect and trust at executive management level.
