The Company:
Our Client is the largest LNG producing company in the world, with an annual LNG production capacity of 42 million tonnes per annum (MTA), safely and reliably delivering LNG to customers around the globe from world-class facilities in Qatar.

The Role:
Suitable candidates must be immediately available

The primary responsibilities of the position include:
Project Management
Delivery focused with proven ability to deliver projects on time and budget.
Highly conversant with project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE 2 etc. and how to execute projects pragmatically using these methodologies.
Familiar with project concepts such as earned value, critical path analysis, risk analysis and able to put these into practice in a meaningful way
Expert user of project planning tools (esp. MS Project Professional)
Strong analytical skills and demonstrated experience in business process redesign.
Effectively engages with the business to ensure management of change activities are identified and implemented including training needs, job analysis and organization redesign
Directs the activities of project staff and ensuring appropriate resources are allocated and maintained throughout the project
Highly experienced in managing third parties including on-shore and off-shore.
Proactively monitors project performance and takes corrective action as required
Proven ability to transition project into operations working closely with the business and IT teams
Proven ability to close out a project effectively including lessons learned and post implementation reviews.
Ability to anticipate and foresee bottlenecks, resolve or to elevate to the right levels for resolution on timely manner.
Industry, Business Process and Software Solutions
Experience working in the Oil and Gas industry (or related industries) and demonstrable evidence of successful delivery of large, complex technology enabled projects in this industry.
Awareness of the challenges currently being experienced by the oil and gas industry and the role that business process design and technology play in delivering and sustaining improved performance.
Good understanding of tendering and Contracts management, Procurement, Logistics, Supplier
Management, Warehousing and Maintenance business processes and proven experience in business
process improvement across at least 2 (ideally more) of these business processes
Good understanding of SAP ECC technology particularly those modules underpinning Contracts,
Procurement, Logistics, Supplier Management, Warehousing and Maintenance (eg Materials
Management, Quality Management, Warehouse Management, Supplier Relationship Management).
Good understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management processes from contract creation through to
Awareness of the master data structures used in SAP ECC which underpin the business processes (eg
Materials, Equipment, Equipment BOM, Vendors, Services, Functional Locations etc).
Excellent understanding of data management lifecycles and data quality processes including tools and
techniques used to extract, cleanse, enrich and harmonize data.
Experience of implementing SAP Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and/ or SAP Master Data
Governance (MDG) would be an advantage.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Minimum 10 year experience in handling supply chain related IT projects

Interpersonal skills and communication
Genuine leadership skills, strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate
appropriately at all levels.
Ability to communicate and deliver across diverse stakeholder groups involving functional and
technical specialists, business process subject matter experts, management and third party suppliers.
Ability to manage multiple complex issues and drive resolution across the stakeholder group
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
Excellent writing and authorship skills with proven ability to convey key messages succinctly 
Act as a manager and a coach to project staff
