The Role:
• Prepare and administer the Applications/Systems Access Administration services to be carried out in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain the Applications/Systems Access permission to follow IT standards and compliance with guidelines, standards, and procedures.
• Provide the Applications/System Access Administration services delivered as agreed per Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Analyze and review all user problems/requests regarding to Applications/Systems Access privilege/permission through Radio5000 Help Desk to effectively handle services to the customer.
• Effectively communicate and provide the Applications/Systems Access Administration services to customers.
• Provide IT support to Chevron Thailand upstream operations on PC desktop technical computing including hardware and software applications to IT users both national and expatriate employees & contractors such as trouble-shooting, analyzing, maintaining, etc. in order to proactively and effectively applies IT solutions to be aligned with business objectives and Service Level Agreements(SLAs).
• Support, assist and implement IT related projects and services.
• Establish IT Knowledge base resources, develop and conduct the IT Internal & External Learning forums/workshops.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly activity reports and other information as needed by supervisor.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields
• Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in related filed
• Good command in English
