The Role:
•Provide first line response for users requiring assistance with information technology issues and problems.
•Provide general IT services and assistance for hardware, software, office applications, email, and peripherals.
•Respond to requests for technical assistance by phone, email and/or using an IT help desk management system.
•Installation and maintenance of PC, WorkStation, and hardware peripherals.
•Installation and maintenance of client software and patches.
•Troubleshooting for hardware and software issue.
•Assists in the coordination of the movement of IT equipment.
•Perform monitoring on servers and network peripherals.
•Contact with supplier/vendor for relevant IT product and services.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
•New graduated also welcome.
•Thai nationality.
•Male, age not over 28 years old.
•PC Hardware, software and computer networking support skill is essential.
•Knowledge of MS Windows OS and MS Office applications for support roles and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of network and communication technology.
•Have background in IT support & troubleshooting.
•Ability to learn and support new systems and applications.
•Good command of spoken and written English.
Good service minded with high responsibility, self-motivated, confident, pro-active and positive working attitude.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
DESIRED:
•Knowledge in Micro Station, SmartPlant, PDMS,

IT skills a must:
-Microsoft windows Server and desktop
-MS Internet Information Services (IIS)
-MSSQL
-MSOffice

IT Skills nice to have:
-Cisco experience (firewall)
-ComVault backup software
-Sohpos anti-virus
-Adobe Acrobat

CAE software installation knowledge a plus:
-MicroStation
-AutoCAD
-SmartPlant
-Engineer software installation experience, licensing and inventory

Document Management a plus:
-Bentley ProjectWise

BRA IT initiatives Include (providing capital funding):
-Upgrade all workstation to Windows 7, software is no cost since we signed Enterprise Agreement (EA) (may need to upgrade memory or replace older computers)
-Setup and install Exchange Email server and drop BRASIA email accounts.
-Promote the use of ProjectWise, read manuals and become knowledgeable enough to train BRA users.
-Enforce use of ED026, PM-015 and IT-003 procedures (records and file management)
