The Role:
Install, maintain and manage all kinds of hardware and software.
 Support users in all kinds of IT activities, train users, solve all application related problems, detect viruses, consult all IT related questions in order to optimize the efficiency of business application, communication and data.
 Support desktop PCs, notebook, telephones, printers and audio/visual equipment;
 Maintenance and support of IT infrastructure including but not limited to server, network, backup, printer, wifi

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
 At least 3 year experiences in an IT environment. Thorough technical experience and knowledge on network and hardware technology.
 Knowledge of Computer, Lotus Notes, Network Security Systems, Operating Systems
 Familiar with Windows Operating System (XP/7), Windows Server Operating System (2003/2008) and Active Directory, Microsoft Office 2003 \ 2007 \ 2010.
 TCP/IP Network, ARCserve backup solutions
 Strong language skills in native spoken & written English is a must.
 Can work independently with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
 Self-motivated, multitasking, able to work under pressure and to tight schedules.
 Good communication and interpersonal skills, flexible and service-minded.
 Strong knowledge of networking, server, computer service and repair.
