IT Support (Mandarin Speaker Only)
Our client is a international ICT vendor company.
Maintain the company's CSIC (Customer Solution Innovation Center ) network and Video&Audio system , including network, video conference system, IT server facility room, office IT facility , Access control/CCTV etc. to match business requirement and prompt the internal SLA target achievement.
2.Dubai CISC Submit in ME and outside Meeting Support in UAE:
Support Dubai CSIC CCS5 network and system connection and other meeting on-site support in hotel and customer side of UAE.
Knowledge and skills:
1)Familiar with TCP/IP, WAN technologies, know corporate-level network architecture, know common routing protocols and LAN protocol.
2)Skillful in Conference system in Video &Audio and protocol SIP, RTP, RSTP etc.
3)Familiar with Windows server systems, such as AD (Active Directory), DNS, DHCP, etc.
4)Skillful in IT infrastructure items, such as server room facilities, structure cabling system, UPS, door access control/CCTV, air conditioning etc.
5)Skillful in laptop/desktop, OS, office software troubleshooting and maintenance.
6)Familiar with local IT market and good IT practices
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
1) Bachelors Degree in IT
2) Strong experience within the Middle East
3) Must be able to speak English & Mandarin
