The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Key responsibilities of this position include:
• Supervise the IT Support Officer - Hull
• Provide desktop IT support for FPSO team personnel which include the deployment and maintaining of the desktops/laptops, printers, scanners and other associated peripheral equipment under Company direction
• Provide server and network administration under direction of the companies IM&T personnel which will include installation and relocation of core equipment
• Provide video conferencing support for both portable/fixed equipment plus desktop video for end-users.
• Escalate any field IT issues to Company IM&T department
• Use of the company service desk tool to action and report on open calls and close calls

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The following Qualifications and Experience are a requirement of this position:
• Professional IT Qualification (Preferred)
• Must have a current BOSIET qualification.
• Management of a IT assets in a multi-lingual remote project style office
• Exposure to Polycom video conferencing equipment
• Support of Windows XP, Windows 7, Office 2003 & Office 2010 core environment
• Work well under pressure and able to prioritize work load and clearly communicate to customers
• Experience in providing IT support to large team of users.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in IT support
• Successful negotiation demanding communication skills with different cultures
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Strong team working skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different disciplines and cultures.
