The Role:
Responsible for the overall standards and direction of software / hardware / networking architecture in one or more of the Sadara Business Processes, infrastructure domains, or for the Enterprise.

• Define, document and maintain the Business, Application, Information, Technology and/or Security architectures, policies, and standards using Sadara’s enterprise architecture toolset.
• Work closely with the assigned domains (business, application, information, technology, and/or security) to define and maintain architecture to operationalize business needs for a new service.
• Define how the different technology domain components will need to interact.
• Ensure the technology design at project/ program level is aligned with architecture standards.
• Collaborate with other domain Architects to maintain the Enterprise Architecture
• Support project teams during the design phase.
• Analyse wider industry trends and best practices to identify best-in-class architectural direction.
• Help develop and manage the appropriate governance process for architectural approval.
• Help develop an overall architecture roadmap to deliver the future state.
• Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/ manager

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Engineering or any related field.
• Proficiency in programming, analysis, and/or service management practices.
• Highly developed analytical thinking abilities and client facing communication skills
• Experience in analysis, software architecture, software design, and/or process design with an emphasis on Manufacturing applications
• Deep technical expertise and a good understanding of relevant Chemical business processes and systems
• High commitment to meet business needs as well as Service and Operational Level requirements
• Experience of working with multiple third party vendors
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Experienced in IT application development
