The Role:
Work Location :Offshore Myanmar
Status : Offshore Rotation

Job Purpose:

Support the Drill Site Supervisor in matters relating to work practice, systems of work and processes related to equipment movement between shore base and rig site.

Key Accountabilities:
• Liaise with Drilling Site Supervisor and Shorebase Supervisor and prepare list and order materials/equipment for the drilling programme.
• Verify that sufficient and correct materials are on board the MODU for each well.
• Organise and supervise transport requirements for equipment and personal, ensure compliance with procedures and local regulation with in Myanmar and cross country between Myanmar and Thailand
• Comparison of materials listed in the well BOM against equipment listed in well inventory, ensuring this is done proactively with sufficient time remaining to replace any shortfalls.
• Monitor and maintain all onboard inventory items, ensuring that the well Inventory is an accurate listing.
• Prepare outgoing manifests and verify incoming manifests. Prepare rig site shipping manifest and shipping invoice as require for the cross country shipment.
• Prepare and organize loading plan for back loading and issue shipment notification with photos of the deck cargoes for each back load shipment.
• Monitor and record all inventory consumptions for each hole section in the logistics database system.
• Monitor logistics contractors engaged in the programme.
• Monitor the logistics database on the rig.
• Assist Drilling Supervisor in performing safety Audits.
• Ensure all activities required under CMS are completed on time
• Assist Drilling Supervisor for the input of the daily logistics plan in the 7-days look ahead. The coordinate the plan with shore base Supervisor to ensure the compliance and accuracy.

• All materials and equipment for drilling lists are completed on time and the materials are delivered on schedule
• All transportation requirements are completed on time
• All materials delivered are accurate
• Minimal materials shortfalls
• Maintain integrity of Logistics operation
• Completion of all activities required under CMS e.g., completion of training courses, attend on-the-job training
• Own and distribute the 7-Days Look Ahead plan
Professional Knowledge & Experience:
• Qualifications – High School leaving certificate

• Certifications & training

• Professional Experience – 3-6 years’ experience onshore/offshore Materials Coordination, Logistics in Oil and gas Industry; knowledgeable in cost effective inventory principles and management;
