The Company:
An innovative and forward thinking company, providing all types of flanges and mechanical connector products and services for the Oil and Gas industry, are looking for a Joint Integrity Technical Services Manager to Join there growing team based in Houston managing over all of their technical services activities and developing the year over year business revenues.

The Role:
The Joint Integrity Technical Services Manager will provide Leadership and management for the technical services team within the USA region, supporting both customer creation and fulfillment functions across the Western Region. The position requires revenue creation/closure in addition to delivery, providing technical product application solutions and IT deployment solutions to both internal and external customers. The Joint Integrity Services Manager will also be required to participate in regulator and standards groups/committees within the Energy market to positively influence industry behavioral change in support of corporate business objectives.

As a Joint Integrity Technical Services Manager your main duties will involve:

• Managing the Technical Services team with diverse skills and abilities.
• Set, Implement & monitor technical business standards across all corporate creation & fulfillment functions in accordance with the business product engineering standards.
• Implement corporate technical software products within the Western Region and provide a specialist technical services function catering or specialist applications.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies and develop, implement and maintain technical skill requirements.
• Develop and implement commercial software products.
• Providing a technical and engineering consultancy service within the business and with customers.
• Developing technical standards within the industry through representation on standards working groups and conducting technical presentations to market the company in our core markets.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering and ideally Chartered Engineer status.
• Extensive industry experience in a senior engineering and technical service roles.
• Experience of industrial products within the international market.
• Strong network of relevant technical professionals in the Oil and Gas and other Energy industries
• Good track record of self-motivated industrial/manufacturing sales, marketing or engineering achievement.
• Demonstrated experience of management ability to lead a team with concurrent projects.
• Proven ability to create and win commercial opportunities out of problematic situations.
