The Company:

The Role:
**Please be aware this position is for ANGOLAN NATIONALS ONLY**

Main activities and responsibilities:
- Monitor the coordination of projects:
- Monitor the management of operational Joint Ventures: issue and reservation of documents, authorization process for reconciliations, audits, Joint-Ventures, contract management, meetings, contractual obligations, and rights of oil;
- Monitor the management of non-operating Joint Ventures: verification and reservation of documents, reconciliations, contract management, meetings, the rights of oil, and audits Joint Ventures;
- Evaluate and monitor the issue, for partners, in cash calls, billing and cost recovery reports on its operational activities;
- Make sure the reserves of all documentation relevant Joint Venture;
- Monitor and check the consistency between the documentation of the Joint Venture and ENI Angola accounts;
- Monitor the operational performances and participate in meetings of non-operating Joint Ventures committees.
Audit follow-up:
- Follow up audits performed by the Joint-Venture partners in all activities, and Joint Ventures audits conducted by Ventures in non-operating activities with the support of other areas of the organization.
Monitoring of financial management:
- Monitor the management of contractual budgets /obligations relating to vocational training, social bonus and subscriptions;
- Calculate the clients rights on oil, in non-operating and operating assets;
- Monitor the insurance of non-operational assets;
- Track cash call control, billing and cost recovery reports sent by third party operators in non-operating activities.
Other tasks:
- Perform other tasks as requested by superiors;
- Communicate with partners and operators in all applicable questions.
- Monitor where applicable, the authorization process of the partners in operational

INTERNAL: Other departments of the company
EXTERNAL: Public or private entities

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree or higher in Management, Finance, Economics or Accounting. - Professional experience of 3 up to 5 years in the job.
Required Skills (Technical):
Joint Venture Coordinator
- Good knowledge of Portuguese and English, spoken and written;
- Computer Skills.
- Very good knowledge of contractual alliances management with clients and Joint Venture business/ entities;
- Very good knowledge of financial analysis;
- Good knowledge of international business activity;
- Good knowledge in finance and accounting;
- Knowledge of budget, financial and property management;
- Knowledge of operations and organization of oil and gas;
