The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
My client is looking for Joint Venture Officer to support the Joint Venture Manager on a wide range of joint venture related activities. This position is a 6 months fixed-term Contractor position. The primary location of this role will be in Perth.

Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to;
•Assist in the development and implementation of actions to mitigate JV risks.
•Maintain oversight of JV meeting action items and deadlines, track JV requests and approvals.
•Maintain up to date records of formal JV communications to comply with relevant standards and processes.
•Provide timely response to requests for documents, meetings, transmissions, guidance material and templates.
•Coordinate administration of JV meetings and calendars, including scheduling internal pre-meetings, arranging venues, catering and associated social functions; and the dissemination of administrative details in a timely manner.
•Compile information dossiers for JV meetings to a high professional standard.
•Administer the JV management group email inbox.
•Promote and maintain harmonious JV relations.
•Respond to internal stakeholder queries on JV processes, protocols and agreements.
•Respond to JV matters in a timely manner to the required standard.
•Works collaboratively and foster strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and clients.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline and skills in other languages including Japanese or French will be preferable.
•Excellent organisation skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively.
•Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to work confidently with management and people of diverse cultural backgrounds.
•Ability to communicate effectively and with diplomacy.
•Ability to work professionally in high pressure and potentially sensitive environments.
•Substantial experience with office software and systems.
