The Company:
This is a great opportunity to work as part of our Projects Team where you will report to the SNS Projects Manager. The successful candidate will focus on project specific automations engineering work scopes where you will work in line with company policy and legislation.
You will be based at our Norwich office and will be working Monday to Friday. There will be occasional requirements to travel offshore in line with project delivery targets.

The Role:
Key Responsibilities include:
• Provide Control and Automation Engineering Support to ongoing project and any new interfacing work
• Creation and collation of data and drawings for project automations engineering scopes
• Interface with vendor and draftsman to ensure latest drawings and documents are always used.
• Monitoring of project workflow and projected milestones against project execution plans
• Ensuring tasks and modifications are completed in compliance with international and PUK standards and procedures.
• Administer Change Request Forms to ensure a full audit trail for changes and implementations.
• Assist in the management of the projects work with vendors and sub-contractors as required
• Comply with the requirements of Change Management Policies (e.g. Plant Modification Proposals (PMP’s) etc.).
• Consideration of environmental critical information
• Implement Permit to Work and Isolations Process Onshore and Offshore to ensure that conflicting activities are managed and that a safe working environment is maintained
• Knowledge of associated technical standards, processes and relevant legislation
• Ideally 5 years working experience in the offshore/onshore oil and gas industry with experience in a Control Systems role
• Good communication skills are vital, both written and verbal
• Strong organisation and planning skills are required as well as being a motivated active team player
• Good working knowledge of Safety Instrumented Systems and the assessment and verification of Safety Critical Systems
• Strong working knowledge of DCS/PCS,
