The Role:
• Responsible for all compensation processes and HR payroll in SAP systems including company welfare & benefits
• Handle appropriate HR Management policies, strengthen existing procedures and report systems and review job descriptions
• Handle counseling, employee conduct and disciplinary issues to comply with labour laws
• Perform manpower planning, staffing & recruitment process, training & development, and performance evaluation
• Handle organization development and career development
• Maintain and develop HR tools and systems to meet business, HR practice and legislator requirements
• Handle HR-related issues and concerned plan, manage, and control the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental system of company in compliance with the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment policy, standard, and criteria

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in HR or any related field
working experience in recruitment at least 3 years.
Fluent inSpeaking and writing English(Toeic 700)
Outgoing and self-motivated with a strong desired to excel.
Strong time-management skill
Computer literacy(MS office, Powerpoint, excel, word etc)
