The Company:
Our client is a multinational that provides high qualified services and experienced manpower for its customers on projects in energy sector.

The Role:
We are looking for someone who are able to:
- Develop, sell and maintain new business to the Company;
- Find opportunities to sell;
- Needs to have a good network on the energy or oil & gas sector, preferably;
- Needs to have a macro vision of the market with the ability to see the project as a whole.
- Very strong sales skills;
- To be presentable and to have the ability to liaise with high executives and operational levels;
- Have an engineering background;
- Familiarized with "pricing";
- Familiarized with contracts.
- Must be able to travel often.
- Must be able to live in Fortaleza.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Strong sales experience, preferably "selling man power" within the energy business;
Engineering/Technical background;
Fluent/Native Portuguese;
Fluent in English;

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Graduation in engineering;
Speak Spanish;
