The Company:
Our client (big oil & gas company) looking for Kholmsk Materials Document Control Administrator
Only for Kholmsk residents.

Terms: 7 month contract, renewable – Rotation Status
Work Location: Kholmsk, Sakhalin, Russian Federation
Personnel Required: 4ea (2 on-shift, 2 off-shift)

The Role:
• Receive cargo manifests from COMPANY and contractor materials departments as required verify data accuracy and identify material status
• Search for customs declarations in the database
• Prepare documentation received from COMPANY departments, compare, compile into a single set of documents for submission to Customs
• Prepare bills of lading, loading requests
• Receive manifests from offshore, prepare backup documentation for submission to Customs Broker/Customs on vessel arrival
• Submit completed packages to nominated party in the required format with all supporting documentation
• Support customs broker with documentation for material transfer from existing Customs regime to Special Customs Regime status and if required vice versa
• Reconciliation of Customs fees and payments if requested
• Develop new database for tracking materials to/from Berkut (shipped, received, consumed, and returned), including, but not limited:
• Receipt of declarations from Customs Broker, entry of required details in database
• Track line items per the declaration
• Reflecting the change from regular declaration to special customs regime declaration
• Tracking partial shipments
• Tracking closure of the SC Declaration
• Update database to reflect all movements per line item
• Coordinate with offshore specialist to update Customs as materials are consumed
• Review all shipping documentation for correctness
• Validate the data for accuracyPrepare / coordinate guarantee letters as needed
• Liaise with local Customs authorities if requested
• Contribute to site safety goals
• Provide input to management regarding opportunities to streamline process
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
 Experience: minimum 2 years’ experience in materials management, freight forwarding, or Customs.
 Language: Advanced English, native Russian
 Computer Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

 Experience working with RF Customs
 Experience working with large data files
 Database experience
 Experience working with Special Customs Regime
