The Company:
Our client is a global telecommunications company that provides communication technology and services.

The Role:
• Manage and Monitor 3G Radio Network Performance (RRC Success Rate, CS CSSR, PS CSSR, HS CSSR, CS CCSR, PS CCSR, HS CCSR, SHO Success Rate, ISHO Success Rate) to meet KPI target.
• Working in depth for 3G NSN initial parameter tuning, performance monitoring from swap process until network stabilized (acceptance), guarantee network KPI and customer user perceived feeling.
• Achieved more than 700 sites acceptance on site level basis on 8 month.
• Achieved more than 75 cluster optimization acceptance only on 8 month.
• Parameter changes related with DRA, RRM, OLPC, Idle Coverage to improve the HSDPA KPI during busy hours
• Propose strategy, capacity upgrade and parameter/configuration changes to solve congestions problem, related with capacity: DL Power, DL Code, Channel Element HW and License, HS/EUL License Users,
• Taking action for Channel Element Congested sites with proposing to add FSME/FSMD, Parameter Tuning, Activation TBO FU, PBS Feature or traffic and coverage sharing.
• Optimization on PRACH Open Loop power control to improve RRC SR, Parameter changing on minimum and initial bit rate, activity factor, Admission Control, Initial SIR target based on the NSN Recommendation parameter setting to reduce UL Load
• Providing proposal for LAC/RAC/RAU Splitting based on paging intensity
• 3G Coverage improvement and load sharing by parameter and physical changes based on propagation delay and traffic pattern
• Providing analysis and action to achieve the Network KPI (PS/CS/HS/EUL/RRC CSSR, CS/PS/HS/EUL CDR, SHO RT/NRT, HS SCC SR, IFHO RT/NRT, ISHO RT/NRT, and CQI).
• Manage subcontractors & deliver cluster acceptance to meet KPI target on both OSS KPI & DT KPI as agreed with customer.
• Act as team leader to assist PM with RF team organization setup, resource planning and tasks allocation; to setup RF work processes and supervise project RF part, ensure the network performance complies with contract
