The Company:
A leading Australian coal seam gas explorer and producer focused on developing its world-class reserves for domestic and international supply.

The Role:
• Long term contract role working for an International Oil & Gas company
• Central Brisbane CBD based location with relocation packages available
• Work on one of the major CSG-LNG projects here in Queensland

In this role, the Approvals Coordinator will form part of the Project Team delivering the gas and water handling facilities. The team requires licences, permits and landowner agreements to enable construction to commence and the incumbent will be integral to obtaining this.

The Approvals Coordinator will be responsible for planning and gaining approval for infrastructure across the project area identified by the Area Manager. This covers all aspects relating to Land Access forming a major part of the CSG-LNG project.

You will be responsible for:
• Advise teams on the field layout utilising knowledge of local constraints
• Lead workshops to agree concepts and layouts for infrastructure
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure there is awareness of constraints
• Review and approve deliverables and prepare requests for land access
• Liaise with Site personnel to ensure the schedule is executed and any queries are raised during the survey process
• Provide direction to Land Management on entry agreements and final compensation for infrastructure

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Knowledge of land access, licensing, indigenous relations
• Experience of permitting and approvals for Infrastructure projects in Australia
• Awareness of Oil & Gas infrastructure survey, design and construction
• Experience coordinating and leading teams
