The Role:
Coordinate and provide professional support on training/development activities, e.g, acquire intructor's requirements, create learning events, update annual training calendar, prepare learning materials/sign-up sheet/stationery, set up venue/IT/equipments, summarize training evaluation results, and other relevent administrative processes to ensure activities are smoothly delivered.
Own the administration process to support corporate leadership (20 sessions), soft-skill leadership (30 sessions), technical/professional (50 sessions), Language (30 sessions), CSOC /DA(12 sessions), Core Diversity Workshop (3 sessions), and other activities, e.g, team buildings and Offshore Supervisory Workshop.
Responsible, as a host, for expat entry documentation preparation, e.g, coordinate with the expats, follow the documents required within due time, provide letter of invitation, support visa application, update company Visitor Traking form to align with the company regulations and the Kingdom of Thailand Labor Law.
Provide administrative support to L&D team per requirements, e.g, organize meetings, prepare presentation slides, run training history reports and/or as requested.
Summarize training expenses and update training status with details on a monthly basis.
Submit training reports to the Department of Skills Development on a monthly basis.
Own, control and ensure L&D office supplies with appriprate stock.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Bacherlor's degree or above.
1-3 experience in related fields (e,g, administrator, secretary, HR assistant)
Good communication in English language - both writing and speaking
Good computer skills (MS Office: Powerpoint, Excel, and Word, Web Administration). Excel is preferred.
Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills.
Service-minded and hard-working. Be able to handle problems/pressure
