The Company:
An international EPC Company involved in LNG and Mining Projects.

The Role:
• Develop and execute a training plan for the Facility Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain Management functions together with a training implementation process
• Finalise and implement a function specific training matrix including working across different stakeholder groups to coordinate future requirements.
• Develop and coordinate (on an ongoing basis) a training schedule to address training demands for functions
• Gather stakeholder input and coordinate as related to L&D.
• Identify preferred vendor lists and work with the selected providers (in consultation with SMEs) to develop training plans and materials
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders and SME’s across functional groups
• Identify opportunities to optimize the total ‘training load’ for individuals in order to accelerate learning
• Undertake an annual review of the training matrix and refine as necessary in consultation with key stakeholders
• Support the Horizons graduates within the FE and SCM functions; administer PDC meetings to determine graduate rotations, assist with interpretation of technical training curriculums
• Support the Pathways program implementation for the FE, SCM, and Ops functions; including training in the Competency Assessment Tool, and coaching employees around development and training plans
• Provide advice to both managers and employees on Learning & Development issues
• Undertake Learning & Development project work as part of the broader Learning & Development Team

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree qualified (HR / Training / L&D / Org Psych)
• Preferably at least 8 years experience in the L&D / OD field.
• Project management skills, self organiser, able to interact with senior management.
• Cert 4 TAE / TAA
