The Company:
Our client is a leading engineering solutions provider for blue-chip companies in the UK.

The Role:
Undertake and lead Support activities to support the works undertaken by the Commissioning Support and Test Teams
Principle Accountabilities:
Safety Accountabilities
Ensuring that any commissioning support activities are carried out in accordance with all Site Licence, environmental and industrial requirements.

Technical Support Delivery Accountabilities
Timely control of all incoming/outgoing documentation including its storage (hard and electronic).
Manage storage of both electronic and hard copies of commissioning documentation.
Manage the receipt and distribution of commissioning and associated documentation.
Manage the issue and receipt of commissioning documents, requiring review, on behalf of the authors.
Management of the Commissioning Assets (Tools, equipment etc).
Management of the Fault Observation (FOB) system, FOB progress management and routinely reporting of FOB status to the CSM
Management of the Temporary Commissioning Aids (TCAs)/Software Temporary Commissioning Aids (STCA) systems, TCA/STCA progress management and reporting routinely of TCA/STCA status to the CSM
Issue and receipt of commissioning documents, requiring review, on behalf of the producers/implementers. Processing the revision control of electronic and paper copies of Commissioning Support documentation, collation of review comments and completion of amendments/document formatting.
Completion of document tracking databases and progress reporting including programme monitoring, routinely to the CSM.
Processing the receipt, collation, storage and cataloguing of Commissioning Support documentation, including items such as vendor maintenance information, onsite maintenance records to produce a readily accessible electronic database and prompt system.
Support to the Commissioning Support Manager, the Commissioning Test and Commissioning Support Teams.
Provide deputy and absence cover for other Commissioning Support Team members within the other areas of the Commissioning Team (as required).
Manage and control the collation of the Commissioning Life Time Quality Records
Manage and control the receipt and distribution of controlled copy drawings
Manage the workloads and priorities of the Commissioning Technical Support personnel

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience at a similar level in similar roles.
Good standard of communication and reporting skills.
Competent in the use of standard IT packages e.g Microsoft Word and Excel.
