The Company:
Our Client is a Leading Global Operator in the Oil, Gas and Energy Industry.

The Role:
Working on project FPSO Topsides Fabrication in HHI yard in Korea as a member of the Client site construction team in a monitoring and influencing role, utilizing previous experiences as a Construction Lead to support HHI Electrical and Instrumentation supervision in executing all E@I scope without incident or without injury to any parties and that installations reflect the design intent and are to the quality specified in the Project procedures.

< Key Accountabilities >
At all times lead by example as a Client representative in all aspects of behavioural safety
Adopt and demonstrate behaviours necessary to deliver the Client commitment to “no accidents, no harm to people or the environment” and that the Golden Rules of safety are strictly adhered to throughout Project Execution
Monitor and assure all electrical, telecoms and instruments installations are carried out as per approved design drawings such as equipment layouts, lighting and small power layouts, cable schedules etc.
Monitor at all times on site visits, the preservation methods are in place and to an acceptable level
Manage and direct your supervisors to support HHI in the field to maintain project schedules as well as project quality requirements
Monitor and influence HHI when installing Major Electrical equipment such as switchgear ,MCC ,Transformers etcsuch that cable terminations meet the project specifications
Monitor installation of all in line instrumentation (control valves, safety valves, relief valves, turbine meters etc.)which will be installed and mounted as part of the piping reinstatement ,post pipe hydro testing
Facilitate handover of all electrical systems at MC1to Comms
In collaboration with site interface lead, assure all electrical and instrumentation equipment is installed and mounted in locations which provide ease of access for maintenance purposes
Responsible for monitoring HHI resources are sufficient to meet or beat the project schedule and that the workforce are competent and per project specifications

At all times work with HHI supervisors in a collaborative and supportive manner in a culture of openness and honesty and respective oh HHI culture

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Over 10 years’ experience in a supervisory position in the electrical and instrumentation discipline in the offshore oil and gas industry
Demonstrable commitment to HSSE
Previous experience in the Far East Construction Yards

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Previous work in HHI YARD in Ulsan
Previous work in Korea
Previous FPSO Projects
