The Role:
Supervisory and Managerial Duties:

Main Duties:
o Lead the Construction Coordinators and provide guidance in their daily activities
o Regular contact via platform morning calls
o Manage daily report information from asset
o Strong focus on Safety related issues provide support to OCSs
o Provide support to Coordinators and platform OCS and team
o Provide point of contact for construction engineering input to assigned jobs
o Preparation of job cards and estimates
o Provide relevant discipline engineering assistance to other assets within the construction group when required
o Input to work packs ensure contents meet scope requirements
o Input to and closely monitor construction plans
o Attend planning meetings, input to changes, provide support
o Liaise with JREs and Project Managers to ensure correct priorities are being maintained
o Liaise closely with design engineers from concept
o Monitor design deliverable dates, work pack progress,
o Monitor ongoing work with regard to completion dates
o Liaise with material controllers to ensure timely delivery to site
o Attend Kick Off Meetings
o Ensure rev `A` packs are available to site for review /and comment with in the planned time frame
o Attend weekly construction and planning meetings as required

• Relevant experience (Preferably in the Oil/Gas /Petrochemical industry).

• Good team working & building skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Pragmatic and open to change, self motivated.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
