The Company:
An established oil and gas exploration and production in Indonesia is looking for the candidate for Lead Control & Instrumentation Engineer

The Role:
Management and overall accountability for the instrumentation discipline at the asset providing guidance on scope and priority in support of safe and reliant operation.
Manage, direct and support a team of instrument & control engineers.
Ensure the rigorous application of the company and Industry engineering codes, standards, practices and design guides for the Instrumentation Discipline.
Carry out incident investigations, root cause, analysis and continuous improvement projects as required.
Contribute to safety reviews. risk assessments and investigations as the Instrumentation Discipline focal point.
Maintain high level of expertise and capability in discipline and provide' support/direction to the Asset Instrumentation Engineers.
Provide technical' support for jlead Management of Change proposals as necessary
Support/Advise or Lead Engineering studies where instrumentation discipline input is required.

Essential Education

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
A minimum Bachelor Degree in engineering from reputable university
Minimum of 15 years of experience in designing or maintaining a wide range of control & instrumentation systems
Knowledge of relevant Codes, Standards and applicable Regulations
Knowledge of electrical systems & equipment
Proven technical engineer' possessing excellent interpersonal, coaching. team leadership and analytical skills
Extensive experience in designing or maintaining a wide range of control & instrumentation systems
Good critical thinking and problem solving skills

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Highly self-motivated with a strong bias to define and accomplish goals
Knowledgeable in developing and motivating a project team, particularly in multi­national and multi-cultural environments
Knowledgeable or willing to learn and champion the company internal processes and procedures
Promotes a positive team environment and tosters a cutture of openness within the team
