The Role:
Key Dimension of the position:
The position requires a highly skilled / highly motivated candidate due to the nature of a multibillion US$ mega Program involved, the implementation phases of this unique Program Development will take place in different parts of the world. FEED, engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning and start up activities will be carried out by specialized consultants, contractors and fabrication yards worldwide. Therefore, high mobility and international / multi cultural experience in large scale development projects will be key criteria in qualifying for the roles.

Job Purpose:
Will be responsible to provide expert guidance on planning and scheduling as well as for Project Controls matters within the Development program. This Leader position will assure functional Planning and Scheduling expertise and functional management of to other Planners and Control engineers of the Program/Projects assuring timely staffing of resources at project level. This position will be responsible for the overall integrity and quality of Portfolio/Program plans and schedules and the correct implementation of the Program/Project Services Framework including processes, procedures and Systems at lower levels of the organization. This role will assure the integration among projects and at Program level with other project services disciplines as cost, risk and contract administration and will be responsible for keeping update of program/project specific procedures.

Main responsibilities:
Assure implementation of project procedures and alignment of Project Services Activities to the Program Level Supporting the Program Services Manager and the Program Director in defining plans and schedules Coordinating a specialized team of project service engineers in the scope of work definition, planning and scheduling project activities, monitoring project progress and reporting Assure the quality of plan, schedules and progress reports Assure data gathering to create program databases for use among the projects Represent the Project Services Function in front of Contractors and partners in planning and Schedule matters

Key activities:
The project Lead Planning & Control Engineer shall be responsible for delivering quality and timely project planning control deliverables at Program level and assuring projects aligned to the program/project procedures The Lead Planner & Controller shall at all times be accountable for:
Integrate plans and schedule from all projects/contractors, inter-disciplines, etc Liaise with project planning and control teams within consultants, contractors and fabricators teams. Examine and understand project scope of work Understand technical project documents for both surface and subsurface facilities and be able to extract inputs to the project planning process
Prepare project planning and control system using the most appropriate systems and techniques as appropriate. Developing project schedules at different levels Maintain and update project schedules to maintain at all time good representation of the project progress status Evaluate and report progress of works Analyze performance and productivity Prepare best forecasts for project schedule Proactively identify trends and advises on corrective actions Assure expert guidance on planning and scheduling issues at any level of the organization and provide plans and schedules review process to assure quality of the final products update when required the specific project procedures and operating instructions for planning, scheduling and project controls Assure the deployment and implementation of scoping and planning tools (CTRs, CWP, etc) as well as the integrity of the WBS among all projects of the program Assure the creation of specific program/project databases for planning and scheduling purposes, assure benchmarking and integrity of date within the program; assure the implementation/use of such a data in new plans and schedules Act as Company representative

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
University degree in University degree in Engineering. Master degree will be an advance for leader positions PMI or AACEI certification will be an advance

Training and Courses:
Management skills advanced course Project management advanced course Engineering

Fluent knowledge of English Additional Language is an advantage

Required Experience:
15 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience 10 years of direct project service experience

Required knowledge, professional and personal skills:
The ideal candidate will have a vast experience in upstream and midstream Oil & Gas development projects with particular previous experience in offshore gas developments, subsea and onshore pipelines, LNG plans and / or Floating Production Units, Downstream experience may be as well considered Mixed experience in early phases of project development (FEL, conceptual, FEED) with exposure with Execution environment and Project services practices apply to each stage of the pr
