The Role:
Drilling Coordination
• Conduct with Material Man offshore for arranging Material Request (MR) in advance for future planning with all service companies in SATT area.
• Coordination for materials to be ordered and shipped from Drilling Services Companies on a daily basis to/from SATT to various drilling rigs.
• Coordination for materials to be issued and shipped from CVX Warehouse Stock on a daily basis to/from SATT Warehouse to various drilling rigs.
• Correspondence with Drill Site Manager – DSM, Drilling Engineer to ensure all requirements fully respond in timely manner. Ensure that material movement and status update to all rigs effectively.
• Totally responsive all requirements from each rigs through MR and Material Man meet with drilling request and schedule.

Warehouse / Logistics Operation
• Coordinate with Stock Control for maintaining the optimum active stock of drilling inventory at SATT Warehouse through computerizes system.
• In conjunction with Warehouse Shipping clerk prepare and update the Daily Outstanding List for drilling rigs.
• Assist Warehouse Stock Control personnel to physical inventory check against the book and ensure optimum stock level are well maintained and advise if there is any item defers from Min/Max level.
• Liaison with Logistics Dock & Transportation Supervisor to plan and ensure the materials ordered on a daily Drilling Morning Reports to be loaded out as drilling rigs needed basis.
• Monitoring and randomly check the cargo loaded onto the vessel to ensure the cargo is corrected against the manifest.
• Assist Warehouse Receiving Clerk to identify the drilling materials and equipment either used or new being returned from drilling rigs prior to returning to company Warehouse stock, or for off rental to drilling contractors, or for inspection and repair etc.
• Assist Warehouse Stock or Shipping personnel to perform a proper packaging, labeling, marking and provide high delivering the materials or equipment required for loading onto particular vessels or chopper as scheduled on an effective manner.
• In conjunction with Shipping/Receiving to ensure the direct purchase of materials supply from vendor or drilling contractors are corrected and that the quality, type and part identification are in accordance with the required specification prior to acceptance.
• Operates fork lift truck, hand tools, pallet truck, push cart, platform truck, banding machine and ensure the tools are in good order and serviceable condition at all time.

Safety / People / Administrative tasks
• Ensure that overall activities perform under safety practice and procedure in place.
• BBS Observation base on annual target has to perform meet with department target.
• Maintain filing and document control system related with SOX Compliance.
• Prepare a monthly report and inventory update as required.
• Assist Drilling Coordinator Supervisor, in conjunction with Warehouse Superintendent and Dock Foreman carrying out the physical tubular inspection on a quarterly basis. Action to be taken if any and follow up with all concerned to close up all issues in a timely manner.
• Strictly follow through the OE/HES standards and procedures set out in the company policy.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor degree graduated in any field.
Work experience among warehouse operation 5 years approximately but 3 years with background of supporting job for offshore drilling rig.
Able to communicate English.
Problem solving skill. Able to finding good solution to close discrepancies or defect found during routine.
Respect organization hierarchy & able to work with organization group.
