The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
Key responsibilities include:
• Actively contribute to the provision of an efficient, cost effective and proactive Operational Excellence (OE) Management System & ABU business control document control support service.
Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: - Lead the Business Controls Document Control team by ensuring overarching document control governance and standards are adhered and followed in accordance to service level agreements which includes:
o Ensure provision of Business Control services by ensuring adequate resource allocation and workload management o Develop and execute on key strategy deliverables applicable to maintaining and continuously improving service (customer, technology and process)
o Develop organizational capability amongst team members
o Ensure document control governance and standards are followed
o Monitor compliance and quality assurance activities to ensure integrity and completeness of controlled documentation - Work directly with ABU business stakeholders to support day to day Document Control requirements and longer term objectives - Ensure integrity and completeness of OE Management System & ABU business control documentation collections within the DMS master repository - Maintain controlled hardcopy collection (department satellite locations) - Perform an Document Control ‘Gate Keeper’ role, ensuring all OE Management System & ABU business control documents are:
o Formatted, numbered, revision controlled and managed in accordance with the relevant ABU standards and conventions o Received, processed, distributed and tracked in accordance with Document Control procedures, approved distribution matrices and agreed timescales - Develop, generate and distribute business reports as required, typical examples;
o Outstanding Document review and approvals
o Document Validity and Expiration Reports
o Planned documents - Accommodate reprographic requirements (inc. scanning, copying, binding)
• Support development and implementation of the ABU Management System Document Control framework, responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: - Development of single ABU Business Control Document control procedure and supporting numbering standard - Development of single suite of document templates and formatting requirements - Development & implementation of Document Control Work Instructions - Migration of legacy business controls into new ABU Management System framework - Documentation Integrity and completeness activities - Implementation and adoption of Document Control tool

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Tertiary level qualification (diploma or degree) preferred but not essential
Significant document control experience approx 10years +
Good IT skills including understanding of the Microsoft office suite, Adobe Acrobat. Attention to detail a must; good communication skills to varying levels within the organisation
