The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
Our Client is looking for a Lead Document Controller to assist with Checking, validation and verification of all documentation.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Deliver supervisory roles and functions for direct reports (work load management)•
• Support team development by fostering the development of constructive relationships with the Downstream EPC contractor
• Deliver training to all Perth based Downstream new hires, and refresher training to full Downstream team as required
• Support the Permitting and GIS team with all permits, government letters & GIS data activities

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Ideally you will have the ability to demonstrate knowledge, capability and competence in the following commercial, technical and interpersonal aspects:

• Sound knowledge of Document Control principles
• At least 10 years Document Control experience with the last 4 being in a team lead position

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• IT skills including understanding of the Microsoft office suite, coreworks, eRooms
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Clear and articulate communication skills – ability to communicate with people in different levels of the organisation
