The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
60% Document Management Coordination
• Daily management and supervision of Document Management team including compliance training, timekeeping and standard supervisory and performance related responsibilities
• Monitor, oversee, expedite & report on progress of EPCM documentation and records (including archiving)
• Monitor, oversee, expedite & report on progress of Document Management completeness and consistency checks for all critical EPCM documentation as part of the ongoing review, package close out, handover and transition processes.
25% IM Services
• Act as SME during Project Alignment sessions, workshops and lessons learned activities
• Management of Document Management interface activities with all departments
• Focal point for project team and Operations and Maintenance queries on project engineering information in Contractor and company systems
• Review and continuous improvement of Document Management related roadmap, strategies, processes, specifications and business controls for Downstream IM
15% People and Teams
• Management of 7 direct reports
• Management of resourcing and recruitment
• Attend and contribute to weekly IM team meeting and weekly reporting

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Management of Electronic Document Management Systems
• Minimum 8 years experience in Major Capital Projects (particularly Oil & Gas), including strong supervisory and stakeholder management experience
• Must have a minimum of 5 years administering and using an electronic document management system preferably within a Major Capital Project
• Minimum 5 years supervising document control staff preferably within a major capital project
• The ability to motivate and develop a document control team to manage project documentation throughout the lifecycle of a project and transition into the Operational Phase
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to interface with colleagues and peers
• Must be able to deal with short time frames and handle multiple competing priorities
• Proactive thinker
• Must possess a can do attitude & will do actions
