The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
This position is required to lead the Information Management team to plan and manage the overall collection of project documentation and data. The IM Coordinator will monitor and guide owner and contractor teams to deliver project deliverables in accordance with the project 3 IM&T Plan and the IM contractual exhibits and specifications.
5-10 direct reports to supervise and manage.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Lead the IM team comprising document control, data management and IM systems.
2. Manage IM interface with asset teams and engineering contractors.
3. Develop a delivery schedule and monitor progress for Vital Documentation and Data Deliverables. Ensure company systems are loaded with documents and data from contractor systems.
4. Assess and assure that company and contractor IM systems, repositories and processes are compliant with project and company requirements.
5. Develop and implement information management plans, processes and procedures relevant to project phase and work scope.
6. Propose and implement improvements to project information management strategy.
7. Achieve results the right way, in accordance with the company values and safety expectations.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree or Certificate in information management or engineering subject(s) or similar.
• 10+ years experience in information/data management positions, 3+ years in Major Capital Projects within oil & gas or resource industries.
• Experience with overseeing interface with engineering contractors and subcontractors, planning and handover of information from contractor to owner organisation. In-depth knowledge of major capital project information management for engineering and non-technical information. Understanding of process plant design, procurement and construction processes, information types and relationship between external contractors and owner organisation and teams.
• Project management, including planning of progressive development and transfer of document and data from contractor into company systems.
• Electronic document control & management systems e.g. Documentum, SharePoint. Engineering data warehouse e.g. Bentley LCS. 3D design model e.g. Aveva PDMS. Proactive
