The Company:
Our Client oversees and manages all the operations associated with major LNG projects.

The Role:
To provide high quality documentation coordination & support for the Information Quality Management Systems services requirements. Assist with the coordination of document workflow within the activities assigned to ensure the project deliverables.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Technical education certificate in an engineering discipline or library science. A university degree in Science or Business Management or systems would be an advantage.
Excellent working knowledge in Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). Excellent working knowledge in Electronic Records Management System (ERMS).
Good understanding reading & interpreting drawings in the oil & gas, petroleum industry. Excellent planning, analytical and problem solving skills. Understanding of information and
documentation needs & uses in operating oil & gas facilities. High level skills in written & spoken communications including proven ability to create procedures, guidance and training.
Minimum of 10-15 years related experience in Information Management and fifteen (15) years’ experience working within a Project organization.
Experienced in working with large EPC Contractors in the areas of Information Management, contract compliance and contract change management.
