The Company:

The Role:
Our Client is looking for a Lead Inspector for the wells department.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
• QA/QC of Drilling equipment, services, rig equipment and completion services
• Supervision and monitoring activities to ensure compliance with quality plan, ITP, Specifications and Standards
• Development of checklist for work-in-process or product audits. Scheduling of manufacturing processes with suppliers to meet process and delivery requirements.
• Coordination of quality assurance, quality control, scheduling, and expediting activities for multiple projects at multiple suppliers
• Advising on inspection and surveillance requirements and frequency
• Developing, reviewing and verifying to ensure contractor compliance of Quality Plans (QPs), Process Control Plans (PCPs), and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) in accordance with specified requirements and codes.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Ability to demonstrate knowledge, capability and competence in the following commercial, technical and interpersonal aspects:
• Degree of detail required to understand all processes and provide surveillance during set-up, machining and inspection of specialty equipment and threads
• Quality system auditing experience such as ISO and API Q1
• Strong knowledge of NDE processes: MT, LP, UT, ET, RT. ASNT SNT-TC-1A certification preferred. For some surveillance processes, agency certification to Level-II in applicable NDT disciplines is required
