The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.

In Australia they are involved in one of the largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in FEED (Front End Engineering Design) Stage.

The Role:
The primary function of this position is to lead the consistent implementation and governance of business systems analysis services in compliance with the organisations Solution Development Process.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

•Lead and champion the adoption and use of the organisations requirements management system among colleagues delivering Analyst services to the business.
•Elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for the implementation of, or changes to, business processes and information systems.
•Contribute to the successful architecture, design and delivery of information systems.
•Custodian of the organisations requirements management solution and methodology.
•Conduct stakeholder workshops to elicit requirements
•Identify and document business and systems processes
•Facilitate project stakeholders through the system selection and implementation process.
•Follow the the organisations System Development Process methodologies.
•Modern requirements capture and visual modelling techniques including:
- Business Process modelling
- Use Case/Scenario analysis
- Visual modelling
- Architectural frameworks such as TOGAF
- Use of CASE tools (Sparx Enterprise Architect)
- Requirements Management (HP Quality Centre/HP Application Lifecycle Management)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Degree in IT or related field, or relevant experience.
•Excellent at engaging and dealing with people at all levels in an organisation.
•Solid experience in facilitating workshops.
•Familiar with elicitation and documentation of business processes.
•Excellent consultancy skills.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong negotiation skills.
•Conduct detailed analysis to ensure best cost and performance options are considered, and recommend best practice design alternatives to systems and project teams.
•Knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry would be an advantage.
•Experience working with a broad set of business areas including Exploration, Development, Projects, Producing Operations and Corporate Services.
•Ability to work independently and in a cross-team environment.
