The Company:
Our Client is engaged in front end studies, modifications to existing platforms operations and maintenance contracts, field decommissioning and removal. The company has some 2,200 employees. Field development with new platforms covering all engineering disciplines. Procurement, material administration and project management.

The Role:
Prepare and maintain the PIMS to manage the integrity of the pipelines in accordance with legislation and guidance on practice for PIMS
Initiate, facilitate and lead RBA reviews
Devise and implement pipeline internal and external condition monitoring regimes which encompass preparation of an inspection and maintenance scheme/written scheme to identify and assess reliably any degradation of integrity such that demonstration of continued integrity is possible at all times. The schemes will be based on a technically robust risk-based assessment process
Manage topsides inspection and maintenance execution works, including, inter alia, reviewing workscopes and procedures
Liaise with operators of third party installations on Client pipeline routes to confirm that appropriate inspections are being planned and carried out, and to obtain the results thereof
Review subsea inspection and integrity workscopes to confirm adequate coverage prior to offshore mobilisation of the execution contractor
Review and validate completed inspection and integrity reports from all execution contractors and bodies and capture the results within the RBA process
Collate and maintain integrity management records (including inspection and testing reports, maintenance and remedial reports); ensuring the timely reporting and assessment of anomalies; develop recommendations and options with the Client pipeline integrity responsible person
Perform annual technical integrity assessments and preparing fitness-for-purpose summary statements
Take a lead in closing actions against anomalies and proposing remedial plans with the Client pipeline integrity responsible person
Co-ordinate and make presentations to management and authorities as required
Produce and/or maintain specific documents as agreed with Client pipeline integrity responsible person e.g. design, fabrication and installation (DFI) dossiers
Assist subsea team in the management of short term/critical inspection and maintenance execution activities
Manage further study and analysis work for any problem solving as requested
Provide guidance and recommendations to Client
