The Company:
A major Oil and Gas operator for a green field LNG project in Russia.

The Role:
We are looking for a Lead Piping, Valves, Vessels Engineer for a new LNG project.

Ther service holder will be responsible to ensure that the PVV (Piping, Valves, Vessels) and layout engineering is performed in full compliance with Company requirements and in line with project targets.

As part of a larger team, the Service provider shall
- supervise and coordinate the PVV and layout activities by the main EPC Contractor.
- provide support to the ‘Integrated Engineering” effort as applicable, in particular for the LNG Facilities integrated layout.
- review, comment and approve the PVV/Layout related deliverables by the main EPC Contractor.
- call for, participate to and/or organise all the necessary technical and/or co-ordination meetings required to achieve the performance of the work.
- supervise PLANT detailed design for his discipline and provide assistance/support to pre-commissioning and commissioning teams and the PVV field engineer(s) as applicable.
- ensure PLANT PVV and layout design consistency, optimization, operability and flexibility which implies interfaces management and leadership towards other work packages.
- ensure that the PLANT detailed design for PVV et layout complies with the project S.O.R., the contract documentation, the schedule, and remains within budget and safety practices.
- avoid main EPC contractor stand-by/delays by prompt response to engineering queries and request for waiver (if any) and unexpected technical issues, by a proactive and proefficient approach.
- assist the OBT Manager for all OBT related activities in close coordination with the engineering team.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Diploma: Chartered Engineer with proven experience with large onshore plants and LNG plants layout, piping design, pressure vessels.
Experience of the same for LNG plants located in harsh environment with arctic conditions.
Strong experience with International and Russian standards.
Professional experience: > 15 years proven experience of LNG projects, large onshore projects and arctic conditions.
Good teamwork, strong minded.
Fluent in English. Russian is an advantage
