The Company:
An international EPC Company involved in LNG and Mining Projects.

The Role:
Position Objectives and Responsibilities

•Review and approval of piping test packages- hydro test and pneumatic test
•Review and approval of post testing line blowing packages
•Review and approval of gross air and or N2He leak testing packages

Specific Tasks

•Review and approval of all piping test packages -review includes following activities;
•Confirming Test Pack numbering is correct
•Confirm test medium is correct according to the line list and flushing method is correct
•Confirm design pressure and test pressure is correct according to line list and within the allowable pressure for the pipe specification
•Confirm filling points, venting points, and drains are acceptable
•Confirm test boundaries are reasonable - evaluate exclusion zones
•Confirm valves, instruments, etc. that need to be removed are identified
•Confirm pressure gauge and relief valve locations
•Review and approval of all blowing packages- review includes following activities:
•Confirm pipe cleaning method is sufficient for piping system
•Confirm boundary limits of blowing packages are achievable
•Confirm temporary equipment is identified for blowing activities
•Review and approval of all gross air and/or N2He leak testing packages - review includes following activities:
•Confirm leak test medium is correct- air or N2He
•Confirm boundary limits of gross air and /or N2He leak test packages are achievable
•Confirm temporary equipment is identified for leak testing activities

•Safety is paramount and will not be compromised.
•Training in the company Incident and Injury Free Safety Process will be provided.
•Promote through the IIF program a good safety culture
•Conduct a minimum of 2 TSTO per week
•Reward and recognize good safety practices
•Conduct weekly safety walk downs within the module yard

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Minimum 10 years relevant piping and pipe testing experience in engineering and construction phases of major oil and gas projects
•Good interpersonal skills
•Able to communicate at all levels
•Good organizational skills

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
•LNG Project experience - desirable
