The Company:
An international EPC Company involved in LNG and Mining Projects.

The Role:
Specific Tasks
• Provides field oversight of the execution of pipe testing activities:
• Confirms pipe test pack documentation has been reviewed and approved
• Confirms piping completion status and verifies that QA I QC has completed pre test ITR sheet
• Confirms exclusion zones are barricaded and in place prior to testing activities- confirms that HHI is managing exclusion zone to keep people at a safe distance away from testing activities
• Witnesses pipe testing activities
• Provides field oversight of the execution of line blowing activities:
• Confirms line blowing documentation has been reviewed and approved
• Confirms piping completion status and verifies that QA I QC has completed all prior ITRs
• Confirms exclusion zones are barricaded and in place prior to line blowing activities - confirms that discharge of blowing air is vented to a safe location
• Confirms HHI is managing exclusion zones to keep people at a safe distance from blowing activities
• Confirms required equipment protection is in place at blowing discharge areas
• Witnesses line blowing activities
• Provides field oversight of the execution of gross air and I or N2He leak testing activities:
• Confirms gross air and I or N2He leak package documentation has been reviewed and approved
• Confirms all reinstatement activities have been completed
• Confirms exclusion zones are barricaded and in place prior to gross air and I or N2He leak testing - confirms that venting point of N2 is in a safe location
• Confirms that HHI is manaqinq exclusion zones to keep people at a safe distance awav from testing activities
• Witnesses gross air and I or N2He leak testing activities
• Provides leadership for the night shift activities
• Conducts daily hand over with day shift superintendent
• Confirms and attend pre start meetings held by contractor
• Actively participates in toolbox talks held by the night shift testing and blowing crews
• Coordinates inspection teams for timely verification of testing and blowing activities
• Confirms pre arranged night shift works are being conducted safely
• Confirms all safety signs and barricades are erected as per project requirements
• Act as interface manager for all gorgon project work conducted during the night shift

• Training in the company Incident and Injury Free Safety Process will be provided.
• Promote through the IIF program a good safety culture
• Conduct a minimum of 2 TSTO per week
• Reward and recognize good safety practices
• Conduct weekly safety walk downs within the module yard

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Minimum 15 years relevant piping and pipe testing experience in engineering and construction phases of major oil and gas projects
•Good interpersonal skills
•Able to communicate at all levels
•Good organizational skills

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
•LNG Project experience - desirable
