The Company:
A leading Australian coal seam gas explorer and producer focused on developing its world-class reserves for domestic and international supply.

The Role:
You will be responsible for progress reports for planning work across the LNG projects, in addition to communicating any deviations as soon as possible.

Detailed responsibilities:
• Create and maintain the project schedule through liaising with various departments and contractors
• Liaise with team leaders and management to communicate performance and achievements against objectives
• Communicate with the Cost Engineer on a regular basis to establish accurate estimations
• Report on activities to highlight any concerns and recommend actions
• Evaluate alternative actions to recommend project strategies or resolve concerns
• Conduct risk analysis, to present the probable project outcome
• Compare progress to baseline reports and provide clarity on variations and trends
• Communicate schedule updates to all staff

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Tertiary qualifications in a related industry discipline, or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role in the Oil & Gas industry
• Understanding of Critical Path scheduling methodology and contracting strategies
• Strong attention to detail relating to schedule development and relevant documentation

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• The right to work in Australia without sponsorship
• Experience working on LNG projects in Australia
