The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
○Review/validate delivery team (upstream, downstream and central) schedules and consolidate into an integrated master project schedule while ensuring compliance to agreed procedures and work instructions
○Able to deliver required monthly deliverables such as integrated master project schedule, progress cruves, resource/manpower planning updates and schedule analysis in accordance with the routine Project Controls reporting process
○Present schedule updates to project leadership team
○Independently identify issues and able to work with proper stakeholders to resolve issues
○Articulate planning and scheduling issues and propose mitigation measures
○Oversight of Contractor schedules. Able to review, validate and challenge contractors detailed schedules
○Focal point for schedule assurance and risk assessment activities
○Able to work collaboratively with other delivery team Project Controls staff to ensure consistent application of the agreed WBS, project calendar, and performance measurement methodology across the entire Wheatstone development.
○Administer Primavera P6 system & databases to ensure that all planning and scheduling processes, methods and systems are functioning in accordance with the requirements and expectations defined by the Wheatstone common planning and scheduling guidelines. Maintain a consistent Primavera P6 operating procedures for the Wheatstone project.
○Support Central, Upstream and Downstream Planning and Scheduling teams with Primavera expertise; assure all detail schedules conform to the agreed common coding structure with appropriate alignment to the Wheatstone Projects common Work Breakdown Structure.
○Assist in maintaining common set of assumptions and basis of schedule for Phase 4 schedules
○Assists in the preparation and maintenance of the Level 0, 1 and 2 schedules for Phase 4 (execution) along with the Central team’s Level 3 Schedule.
○Sustain proper Planning and Scheduling processes, assurances, practices and standards through CoP (Community of Practice)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Oil and Gas project planning and scheduling knowledge including supervision experience.
Primavera P6, possibly P3 but not ideally

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
College Degree preferred
Strong communication skills. Ability to understand project objectives and deliver fit for purpose planning deliverables. Positive work attitude and able to work collaboratively.
