The Company:
The company was awarded its first fabrication contract by Petronas Carigali for Kinarut KINDP-A Platform and EWAC Module in the year 2002. Subsequently was listed on Bursa Malaysia in 2005 and from there on Fabricators has secured contracts from Petronas Carigali, Shell, Talisman, Murphy, Exxon Mobil, Woodside and more. THHE Fabricators have executed more than 16 modules & topside structures and 15 substructures fabrications.

The Role:
•Ensure that all planning and scheduling processes, methods and systems are functioning in accordance with the requirements and expectations defined by the common planning and scheduling guidelines
• Assist in the development and maintenance of a common set of assumptions and basis of schedule for phase 4 schedules
•Maintain the overall project Level 0, 1 and 2 schedules for the Phase 3 and 4 Development .
•Deliver weekly and monthly progress updates and schedule analysis to the management in accordance with the routine Project Controls reporting process
•Deliver monthly exception reports based upon analysis of the overall baseline project schedule, specifying areas of variance and recommended remedial action to the Project Controls Manager and Business Services Manager
•Support Project scenario planning, risk assessment and management processes as needed for schedule risk analysis Unique complexities that should be considered when evaluating this position: Person capable of immediately delivering project planning support to the Team, and provide specialist project planning & scheduling knowledge of a similar offshore, topsides project executed in Malaysia.
Able to communicate effectively and present analysis and recommend problem resolution to senior project management team. Must have a positive / helpful manner in working with others and be willing to build consensus when necessary.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Experience: 10+ years preferred with 3 years at senior/Lead.
• Preferred Skills: Microsoft window applications. Excellent Communicator, team orientated, self starter.
