The Role:
• Work for an international Oil & Gas company on their LNG assets
• Gladstone based position

In this role, the Lead Planner will ensure that all planning and reporting completed by the Contractor is done to company requirements and control all LNG Plant planning activities. This includes liaising with Project Management by providing planning, status monitoring, reporting and risk evaluation activities to the client.

The incumbent will also develop and maintain a detailed Project Master Schedule, including summaries, evaluations and analysis. You will perform all planning analysis and establish summaries for both internal and external reporting.

You will responsible for:
• Coordinating the collection of data and analysis and preparing regular summary reports for management
• Monitoring and confirmation physical progress of the LNG Plant project
• Developing and preparing detailed integrated plans and procedures for reporting
• Conducting schedule risk and trend analysis
• Supporting Project Management by consistently focusing on project objectives

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Tertiary qualifications in an engineering discipline, or equivalent years experience
• Extensive experience covering Oil & Gas downstream projects
• Expert in project management and project controls systems
• Significant experience of schedule analysis and procedures
