The Company:
Client PMC- Gas Processing Plant Project

The Role:
1. Assist the Engineering leader (Part GPP) in technical negotiation with the FEED/ENGINEERING CONTRACTOR (Part GPP Process)
1. Performing review, comments the FEED/Detail Engineering documents Part GPP Process)
2. Be responsible for checking and signing/endorsement on drawings, documents, specifications, technical data, etc. of Part GPP Process.
3. Assist the Engineering Disciplines in meeting the Project objectives by giving positive directions.
4. Review and produce input to progress reports and maintain up to date document control for the discipline (Part GPP Process).
5. Arrange discussion and resolution of problems related to Part GPP Process) as required with Client’s or engineering contractor’s representative, advise interested persons of decisions reached and ensure that adequate documentation is maintained on such decisions.
6. Assist the Client in clarification on bulletins/technical issues raised by the FEED/Design CONTRACTOR (Part GPP Process);
7. Provide any information, professional calculation for verifying any information/document provided by FEED/Design CONTRACTOR that may be required by the CLIENT (Part GPP Process);
8. Review the CMDR (Part GPP Process)
9. Closely cooperate with the Client to monitor engineering activities in accordance with applicable codes/standards and engineering progress to ensure schedule adherence and non-conformance items and actions to be taken (Part GPP Process)
10. Carry out any miscellaneous tasks that may be requested by the Engineering leader (Part GPP).

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• University or college degree in relevant area; (Background: Procees/Chemical Engineer)
• Min 10 years exp in Oil & Gas, especially PetroChemical/Hydocarbon/Gas Processing Plant projects;
• Proven experience and working knowledge of all areas including a leadership role;
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization;
• Good in IT skill: Office, CAD or simulation programs ...
• Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment with work in Asia and/or Vietnam an advantage;
• Ready to adopt a flexible work approach, self motivated and able to work without supervision;
• Commitment to action through analysis and evaluation;
*Responsibility: Report directly to Engineering Leader of related package; manage directly Local Discipline Engineers ; advise the owner on HAZOP/HAZID to ensure that process safety and operability are met, support other Lead Discipline Engineers.
