The Role:
•Develop integrated production plan and execute its work processes for short and medium-term regional gas production and planning processes consistent with MTJA Policies and objectives for the management and control of production operations to ensure optimal production of hydrocarbon, optimizing UPC, meeting customer needs and continuous business sustainability and value in order to achieve the agreed production targets and objectives in the safest and most cost effective manner
•Review Gas Sales nomination plan (entitlement and allocation) for daily sales, quarterly and annual plan.
•Review evacuation plan of gas evacuation in-line with Gas Sales Agreement and Supply Priority Guideline.
•Review gas operation plan in-line with regional gas management strategy and plan to support gas resource management aspiration.
•Review regional gas production performance analysis to provide feedback to the IGP processes in ensuring full optimization of activities and realize full potential and maximum value creation.
•Review parameters input to WP&B and CP&B preparation task by IOP and monthly target letter.
•Prepare input for management review session to ensure timely management intervention and direction setting to achieve top level performance.
•Coaching and pride guidance to junior production planner.
•Provide technical expertise in managing any dispute, force majeure etc.
•Develop and update procedure and guideline to ensure it is up to date and in line with GSA and other procedures.
•Provides inputs to developing required production reports and updates to improve the reporting systems.
•Makes recommendations to management to recover any daily production shortfalls and minimize any potential near term shortfalls and optimize production recovery.
•Liaise with the marketing groups and offshore staff on planning the off take tankers nominations, schedules, parcel sizes of stabilized condensate.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering disciplines, Petroleum Engineering is an advantage.
•7-10 years in the oil/gas industry with production Planning experience of oil/gas offshore environment.
•Expertise in hydrocarbon production planning, billing
•Broad knowledge in agreement with regard to production
•Supervisory skills, team-leading ability, knowledge in project management
•Proven interest in keeping abreast of technical developments and industry trends
•Good communication skills to liaise with other discipline specialists
•Good knowledge process systems offshore
•Broad Experience in writing reports and preparing studies for management reviews.
