Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
A new opportunity has arisen for a Project Controls Advisor on a 12 month contract based in Perth.

Specific duties associated with this role include:
- Serving as the Lead Project Controls representative for the projects Upstream Platform scope
- Supervise, coach and mentor a diverse team of Project Controls and Planning & Scheduling Analysts/Advisors
- Assuring the accuracy of all contractor deliverables, and ensuring the organizational capabilities of all contractors’ project controls teams.
- Assuring the accuracy of all required the company's monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables.
- Ensuring the Project Controls department adheres to all published procedures and policies
- Serves as a focal point for the interface between the Contracts & Procurement teams, Project Finance team, and the Project Controls team

This role offers is a compressed working week based on a 9 day fortnight working 9 hours per day.

The role requires someone with a depth in knowledge of all project controls requirements, with extensive knowledge of cost control, change management, forecasting, financial reporting, project reporting as well as an understanding of schedule and progress management.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Education: Degree Qualified
Experience:
10+ years - Previous Upstream Project Experience preferred within Cost Engineering
Systems experience: Microsoft Windows applications; Primavera, Kildrummy, CostManager

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Excellent communicator
Team Player proactive and attention to detail.
