Job Description:
• Serve as central coordination point for ensuring all cost deliverables are submitted in a timely and accurate fashion to support project reporting requirements for the Okpo jobsite • Communicates with multiple execution teams to ensure cost data is maintained in a timely fashion in the cost data base
• Coordinates the import and export of data into / out of the cost system • Coordinates with the Central business for reporting requirements
• Serve as the Project Controls Advisor for the CLIENT Upstream Project – CLIENT Platform team including but not limited to:
• Management & Reporting of all control budgets
• Forecasting remaining costs for the project
• Identification and processessing of team trends
• Communicating to multiple budgets owner’s regarding the current cost status of their respective owner team’s costs
• Provides all necessary information to the Upstream reporting specialist to support owner’s costs reporting requirements.
• Provide assurance and guidance to the HUC contractor while embedded in the contractor’s office.
• Ensure Contractor project controls are adhering to contractual requirements and executing with acceptable quality
• Communication/reporting of project cost status, exceptions and appropriate solutions as an active participant of key management cost review meetings.
• Position requires an experienced cost engineering / financial professional with a proven track record of fulfilling a similar position in an owner’s team environment for similar large scale gas developments executed on a global basis. Must have sound / relevant experience in the implementation of cost engineering processes, preparation of project cost reporting and estimates, use of work breakdown structures, and application and control of contingencies. Individual must demonstrate a collaborative work style, team alignment, clear communication skills, experienced at management interface / interaction, and focus on consistent delivery of timely, accurate and appropriate information for the respective project phases.

Additional Comments: Length of assignment is 12 months, Okpo location, 9 hour day

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Education: College Degree - Preferred
Experience: 10+ years preferred; Korean major capital project experience a plus. Oil & Gas major capital experience required

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Preferred Skills: Microsoft window applications. Excellent Communicator, team orientated, self starter.
