The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in FEED (Front End Engineering Design) Stage.

The Role:
• Expedite and deliver compliant EPC contractor validation close out reports as required for the URF workscope
• Ensure compliance with engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning of URF Contractor activities.
• URF Quality Management and Verification Check Plans
• EPC Contractor and vendor management system compliance /product audits
• Participate in kick off and/or pre-inspection meetings
• Raise inspection assignments as required
• Engage with package engineers to ensure all packages meet specified requirements
• Facilitate IVB and/or Certifying authority ITP interventions and review requirements

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Diploma or Certificate in engineering, metallurgy or physical sciences
• Recognised QA and QC endorsements and industry memberships
• Intimate knowledge of oil & gas subsea equipment including umbilicals, flexible risers, flowlines and subsea production systems.
• Intimate knowledge of oil & gas industry codes and standards.
• Knowledge of NDT, welding and metals manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of criticality assessment processes and their application to supply chain quality management

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Minimum 15 years experience in the application of quality assurance and quality control for oil & gas EPC projects
• Extensive experience in the manufacture of URF and related materials and equipment to international standards
• Extensive experience in the engineering, procurement, manufacture, installation and commissioning of offshore subsea facilities.
• Knowledge of Australian offshore regulatory validation processes.
• Experience in interacting with EPC contractors including the implementation of verification processes.
