The group consists of 3 divisions being Engineering and Production Facilities, Well Support and Gas Turbine Services.
Our Client is an international leader in both marginal field developments, in life-of-field engineering and in production support.

The Role:
Basic Purpose of Job:
• Reporting to the engineering manager the incumbent would be responsible for a small team, of Quality Engineers. He/she Would undertake internal / external audits as requested by the Engineering Manager. Would undertake, review and investigate quality issues using company IMPACT system. To review check and approve quality documents. To check and or approve all work undertaken by the quality team.

Supervisory and Managerial Duties:
• Line Management of all Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Inspection personnel on the GPS Contract

Main Duties:
o To ensure that Design and Engineering works deliver a quality product which achieves the requirements of the client, complies with national standards and codes.
o Internal auditing experience.

Health and Safety Responsibilities:

o Shall take into account all aspects of the "Health and Safety at Work etc Act (1974)"
o Knowledge of compliance with and promotion of office, site and contract/project health and safety guidelines and procedures.
o Actively promote and comply with the Safety Management System.
o Take into account all relevant procedures, guidance etc. Relating to the work, which will ensure compliance with the Safety Management System.
Shall ensure all personnel working under their direction are aware of the requirements placed upon them by "Health and Safety at work etc. Act (1974)" and the Safety Management System.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Education & Qualifications:
Lead Assessor Qualification
Relevant degree, Technical or Quality Management or a HND / HNC / fully time served apprenticeship with extensive industry experience.

Specific Training / Specialist Skills:
o Understanding of commercial and technical Risk Assessments
o Practitioner in project Risk Management processes
o Accident investigation/root cause analysis
Internal auditing course

o Strong relevant experience (Preferably in the Oil / Gas / Petrochemical industry).
o Knowledge of ISO9001 / QMS within a modern quality organisation.

Personal Skills:
o Good team working & building skills.
o Good interpersonal skills.
o Clear written and verbal communication skills.
o Flexible working approach, open to change.
o Self motivated.
o Proficient in Microsoft
