The Company:
Our Client oversees and manages all the operations associated with major LNG projects.

The Role:
The engineer is expected to be a reliability. Coordinates internal and external benchmarking studies. Coach and mentor team members. Contributes in developing business plans for section. leader, work as a part of a team or individually assuming duties that include but not limited to: Lead new initiatives to improve plant reliability. Facilitate equipment strategies
development sessions Facilitate equipment critically sessions Facilitate Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) sessions Performs statistical analysis to identify bad actors to improve
the reliability, availability, and maintainability of plant equipment. Provides presentations to COMPANY top management. Introduces new methodologies, work practices, engineering
standards and industry best practices to improve plant.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
B.S.C in a relevant engineering Preferable Certified Maintenance and Reliability
Professional (CMRP) certified by SMRP. discipline, or recognized equivalent.
Good written and oral communication skills in English
Must have excellent communication and presentation kills and the ability to lead teams.
Must be highly computer literate and have exposure to large scales databases with the ability to write simple SOL queries.
Adaptable to a multinational environment with a wide exposure to various cultures and customs.
Must have knowledge of CMMS  (SAP preferable ) planned maintenance (PM) module; Preferable training an experience of meridium Asset Performance Management (APM) software solution.
Must have 15 years oil and
gas or petrochemical
experience.
Must have 6 years Reliability Engineering experience.
Must have experience with the following techniques and methodologies: Root Cause
Failure Analysis (RCFA), Reliability Centered Maintenance equipment strategy reviews in a lea
