The Company:
Our client is a major Operator with international projects. They are looking for an experienced Lead & Value Risk Engineer to assist the project management team.

The Role:
Will be responsible to coordinate and lead the Risk and Value Management function within the Program, projects or packages of the entire development from early phases to Execution. This position will assure the setup and implementation of Qualitative and Quantitative Risk Management in the Program as well as the planning, full coordination and implementation of Value Improving practices and Value Assurance Process within the Program.

This role must assure the integration among projects and at Program level with other project services disciplines as cost, and planning. This Leader position will be responsible for setting and keeping update of program/project specific procedures

Main responsibilities:

• To verify the application of the Company Value Management System on the projects, ensuring that value management principles and processes are applied and that projects value is being maximized though review checks (AR, Peer review, PTRs)
• To plan, coordinate and facilitate Value Improving Practices sessions including Value Engineering from the identification of ideas until the follow up and implementation of actions
• To undertake qualitative and Quantitative project risk analyses in accordance with Company policy and guidelines, through development and maintenance of a program, project risk and Contractors Risk an Value Management framework up to risk escalation model to Top management.
• To advise project management of critical risks and potential mitigation methods Implementation of Company value Management System
• To Setup and follow up the Stakeholder Management Program level process and assure implementation at project level
• To implement Lessons Learned and Close-out : Gathering and managing any innovative learning acquired by projects (Lessons Learned), Analysing Project results and performances during a phase or during entire Project.

Education:

• University degree in University degree in Engineering. Master degree will be an advance for leader position
• PMI, SAVE or AACEI certification will be an advance
